& Ada

Initiatives

We are currently working with vendors to provide solar power at the venue and event campground.

Keep an eye on our updates page for more information about our sustainability initiatives.

Recycling

We will work with vendors to minimize waste and non-biodegradable plastic packaging, and we will set up recycling bins for items that are easily recycled, such as glass bottles and aluminum cans.

Special
needs

Volunteers will be on hand to help attendees with special needs, and one of our restroom trailers will offer access in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Inclusivity

If you’re coming all this way to our event, we want you to feel safe and welcome here.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment and bullying, and we reserve the right to remove anyone who violates that policy from the festival grounds.

It pains us to have to make the following disclaimer in the 21st century, but if you hate gay people, Black people, indigenous people, redheads, refugees, immigrants or anyone else you perceive to be “different,” this event is most assuredly not for you. Please don’t even think about coming here.

Vendors

McGill is not quite a food desert, but we’re always hungering for more options, from pizza and Mediterranean to Indian and Thai food. If you’re a licensed restaurateur, caterer or food-truck owner who’s interested in setting up shop at Schellraiser, we would love to hear from you.
